Kaz Aston: Berkshire Multiple Sclerosis campaigner

Hello! My name’s Kaz Aston, and I’m a campaigner for Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

I have lived with MS for the last 21 years and, although I’ve had to battle my way through some tough attacks of the disease in the past, I’m always inspired by the experiences I’ve had and the people I’ve met along the way.

Over the last couple of years, I’ve developed a real passion for drag racing, sailing, radio & golf – and it helps me to raise awareness for Multiple Sclerosis, as well as being a great way of fundraising and spreading the word about the condition and how it can be tackled.

This website is a place where you can learn about me, about my campaigning and – of course – about Multiple Sclerosis itself. When I was diagnosed with MS, clear information about the condition was hard to come by – so I hope that my ‘really clear guide to Multiple Sclerosis’ (you can read it here) will help to fill that gap.

But most of all, please enjoy browsing my site. And remember, you can help too – just get in touch and we can find a way of working together.

Kind wishes,

the really clear guide
